How does the escrow system work?
After successfully purchasing a product, the order will be received by the vendor and set in “Processing” status, if the vendor doesn’t accept the order it will get automatically refunded after 3 days, if the vendor accepts the order, it will be put in “Shipped” status where, depending on the type of item (Digital or Physical) it will stay in escrow for 3 or 14 Days, if you did not receive the item or the item you received isn’t what you bought you will have to dispute the order before it gets automatically finalized.
